Dr. Steven Caplan, Chiropractor
Dr. Steven Caplan graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1997. He has been practicing in the Beach since then, over 10 years. Dr. Caplan has recently been voted "Best Chiropractor in the Beach" for the third time by readers of the Beach Mirror.
Dr. Caplan was introduced to chiropractic while in high school, to treat chronic low back pain caused by receiving too many hard body checks in hockey. After finding such quick relief, he decided he wanted to spend his life helping other people the same way he was helped.
When not helping to improve the health of others, Dr. Caplan enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 girls, exploring Ontario's wilderness in their Jeep, or following Bruce Springsteen on tour.

Evelyn Cho, Registered Massage Therapist, Exercise Therapist
Evelyn Cho has been fascinated by the human body and health since she was a teenager. This led her to pursue a degree in the prestigious Kinesiology program at McMaster University in Hamilton. During this time, Evelyn had the opportunity to work with the rehabilitation of various populations ranging from varsity athletes to disabled seniors. Upon graduation, she worked alongside other healthcare workers as a certified Kinesiologist in a rehabilitation centre.
Evelyn's search to become an effective healer led her to pursue a diploma in massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School. She specializes in sports injuries, pre- and post-natal care, and injury prevention. With her prior experience in rehabiliation, Evelyn combines her expertise to formulate treatment plans specific to each individual.
In her spare time, Evelyn stays active by playing volleyball, practicing yoga, and does fitness classes at the gym. Always trying to expand her skill set, Evelyn is currently studying part time to become a certified Acupuncturist.

Jessie Schultz, Registered Massage Therapist
Jessie was introduced to massage therapy in the 90's when she was working in the food service industry. Her body was taking quite a pounding standing on hard floors for long hours and wearing improper footwear. She began to get regular massages at the local massage school by her home. She began to think what a cool job it could be. Helping people be pain free!
After some research Jessie found herself signing up for courses in a 1 year program at a school in Seattle Washington. After much struggle with the books (She's a "hands on" person - not a book person) Jessie finished to program and began her new career. That was 1998.
Jessie married a Canadian in 2003 and moved to Toronto where she was disappointed to learn that her education was not recognized! In 2003 Jessie returned to school to become a Physiotherapy Assistant in 2006. After a year of Physio Assisting she realized how much she missed her past career in massage. More research and Jessie entered a fast track program at Centennial College to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
When not working Jessie and her husband travel out west often to snowboard and hike the mountains. They are also avid mountain bikers.
